Richard A. Muller, author of Energy for Future Presidents, Releases New Study of Global Warming

7/31/2012

“Call me a converted skeptic,” writes physics professor Richard A. Muller in a New York Times Op-Ed published July 30, where he reveals the results of the multi-year Berkeley Earth Surface Temperature project. Muller, critical of previous climate studies and once skeptical about global warming, now concludes not only that it is a real problem but also that “humans are almost entirely the cause.” In this, his findings are “stronger than those of the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change.” Muller, author of the bestselling Physics for Future Presidents, lays out everything people must know about energy in order to vote and govern responsibly, providing answers to today’s most urgent energy questions, in Energy for Future Presidents (Norton, August 6).
