Return Policy for Individual Orders
Send a book back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly refund the purchase price. Books must be in saleable condition. We cannot refund the cost of shipping. Return Policy for Booksellers
All books sold by Norton for resale are fully returnable after three months from publication without invoice numbers or prior written permission. Books must be received at our warehouse in good condition, free of price marks or stickers. A packing list must be enclosed and transportation prepaid. Full credit will be issued if books are saleable and arrive with invoice information; without invoice information, a credit will be issued at 48% discount. Returns on superseded editions of textbooks will only be accepted for a period of one year following publication of the new edition. Credit balances are to be used for future purchases or against unpaid balances only.
