William T. Bianco
William T. Bianco is professor of political science at Indiana University Bloomington and Co-Chair of the Working Group on the Political Economy of Sustainable Democracy at the Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis. He received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Stony Brook and his Ph.D. from the University of Rochester. He is the author of Trust: Representatives and Constituents; American Politics: Strategy and Choice; and numerous articles on American politics. He has received three National Science Foundation grants. He has also served as a consultant to congressional candidates and party campaign committees, as well as to the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and several state and local government agencies.
